About the Home Owners Association (HOA):
An HOA exists to enhance the community and to protect property values. To this end, the Board of Directors accomplish three tasks:
Manage and maintain common areas.
Oversee finances. (see meeting minutes for up to date financial balances)
Ensure compliance with all ordinances, CC&R's and covenants, and by laws.
Please drive slowly and safely on all HOA roads, especially around corners where it difficult to see oncoming vehicles, pedestrians, and animals.
The dumpster by the shop is for common household trash only. Please do not place large non-standard household trash items in the dumpster.

HOA Annual Dues:
Full time residents: $500
All other owners: $300
