About the Home Owners Association (HOA):
An HOA exists to enhance the community and to protect property values. To this end, the Board of Directors accomplish three tasks:
Manage and maintain common areas.
Oversee finances. (see meeting minutes for up to date financial balances)
Ensure compliance with all ordinances, CC&R's and covenants, and by laws.
YES! FIREWORKS AND PARADE ARE HAPPENING THIS YEAR!
Details:
Saturday, July 4th!
Parade: Begins at 8:00 sharp at the shop. Decorate your side by side, tractor, bike, dog, person...whatever and let's celebrate this great nation's 250th birthday in style! What great piece of USA history can you represent this year?
Bonfire/s'mores/games: Immediately after the parade at the Marlatt's fire circle...just off the runway on the south side.
Fireworks: As usual at dusk! Please consider a donation to be made to either Matt Curtis or Joe Schulz to help cover the cost of the fireworks!
As a reminder, this is not an HOA sponsored event. This is just an announcement to let everyone know what is going on in the neighborhood.
